Huisdierpenning is a trade name of Solanex BV, registered at Waterstraat 2, 2360 Oud-Turnhout, Belgium (VAT BE0543.454.772, e-mail info@huisdierpenning.be). These terms and conditions apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The offer

We do our best to present product information, images and prices as accurately as possible. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the finished product; sizes and weights are indicative. Obvious mistakes in the offer (e.g. an absurdly low price caused by a technical error) do not bind us.

Order and contract

A contract is formed once your order has been paid and confirmed. You'll then receive a confirmation e-mail with an overview of your order, including a preview of your tag. Please check this preview carefully: name, text, colour and model can no longer be changed after confirmation (see also our page on the right of withdrawal).

Prices and payment

All prices shown on the site are in euro and include VAT. Payment is handled securely through our payment partner Mollie, via Bancontact, iDEAL, credit card or another offered payment method. For EU businesses with a valid VAT number, VAT may be reverse-charged — this is applied automatically at checkout when you enter a valid VAT number.

Delivery

Every tag is hand-made after ordering; see the delivery time and shipping costs on our shipping page. We currently only ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and France.

Right of withdrawal

Personalised tags are made to measure and are therefore legally excluded from the right of withdrawal (art. 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU). More explanation — and what you can do in case of a mistake or transport damage — is on our right of withdrawal page.

Conformity and complaints

We stand behind the quality of our tags. If you receive a tag with a mistake on our part (e.g. a misspelled printed name) or damaged in transit, contact us at info@huisdierpenning.be — we'll remake it free of charge. Please report defects as soon as possible, and no later than two months after receipt.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. In case of force majeure (e.g. strikes, supplier or carrier failures, technical outages) we may temporarily suspend our obligations.

Intellectual property

The designs, text, images and logos on this website are the property of Solanex BV or our designers and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Belgian law. We prefer to resolve disputes amicably; failing that, the courts of the Turnhout district have jurisdiction, without prejudice to your right as a consumer to bring proceedings before the court of your own domicile. As a consumer, you can also use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your order remains applicable to that order.
