All our tags are hand-made. At checkout you choose how we ship it: regular letter post (no tracking) or a tracked parcel.

Shipping costs

We currently only ship to these four countries. Live somewhere else? Feel free to get in touch at info@huisdierpenning.be — we'll see what's possible.

Delivery time

All our tags are hand-made. We normally ship your order within a week of payment; during busy periods (e.g. around the holidays) it may take a little longer. Your tag gets a protective coating that needs a few days to fully cure before we can ship it — which is why it takes a bit longer than a “regular” webshop order.

If you choose letter post, we ship as plain (untracked) mail — it fits through the letterbox and keeps shipping costs low. If you choose a tracked parcel, you'll get a tracking code to follow your shipment.

Didn't receive your order?

Letter post almost always arrives safely, but every once in a while a letter gets lost along the way. If your order still hasn't arrived after 3 weeks, let us know at info@huisdierpenning.be with your order number — we'll make and send a new tag, at no extra cost.

Chose a tracked parcel? Follow your shipment with the tracking code from your confirmation email.
